We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you asked about. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our managed cloud database. Access is restricted to authorised server-side processes and our team. A notification email containing your enquiry is sent to our business email address.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form to reach us with any such request.
